I created Love to Mama's Postpartum Workshop based off my own experiences when I became a Mama for the first time. I felt SO prepared for birth through extensive birth classes, but Postpartum was an afterthought. I quickly hit several hurdles right away and felt so unprepared. I needed help but didn't know where to start and the whole process of trying to find those specific practitioners/therapists was overwhelming! I had no idea about oral ties- postpartum anxiety- or a strained relationship- but I found myself facing them all almost immediately.
I hope that this platform that I have created can help you make connections to the amazing community that surrounds you and can support you through your 4th trimester, whether it's your first baby or tenth. I hope and pray that you feel empowered, educated and excited to enter into this new chapter through planning a postpartum that can be truly beautiful and even redemptive!
