What’s the Express Birth Class?
The Express Class is our one-day birth class — perfect if you’re short on time, already have a little one at home, or just want a solid refresher before baby number two (or three!)

When should I take a Birth Class?
Anytime that feels right for you but ideally after 24 weeks is great! You’ll want to finish by about 36 weeks so you have time to practice what you’ve learned and pack your hospital/birth center bag without stress!

Can my partner join the class?
Please do! Birth is a team event, and the more confident your support person feels, the better your birth experience will be. Dads, partners, or your bestie — everyone’s welcome! We want whoever is supporting you during labor to attend the classes so they learn alongside with you and are actively learning about the birth YOU want! This class is very hands on as well and you'll need a partner for some of our movements we'll do!
