LOVE TO MAMA
About Me:
Believer-Wife-VBAC Mama
I’m Shelby Tolar. I’m a wife to a hunky man who I married in 2011 and we have two beautiful spunky little girls (born in 2017 and 2020.) Being a girl mom is THE BEST. My business name, “Love to Mama” sums up my POV perfectly. I truly think there’s nothing better than the call to motherhood, which is why I LOVE teaching childbirth education, and talking postpartum and the sanctifying process it can be!

About the Workshops
I created Love to Mama's Postpartum Workshop based off my own experiences when I became a Mama for the first time. I felt SO prepared for birth through extensive Birth Boot Camp classes, but Postpartum was an afterthought. I quickly hit several hurdles right away and felt so unprepared. I needed help but didn't know where to start and the whole process of trying to find those specific practitioners/therapists was overwhelming! I had no idea about oral ties- postpartum anxiety- or a strained relationship- but I found myself facing them all almost immediately.
I hope that this platform that I have created can help you make connections to the amazing community that surrounds you and can support you through your 4th trimester, whether it's your first baby or tenth. I hope and pray that you feel empowered, educated and excited to enter into this new chapter through planning a postpartum that can be truly beautiful and even redemptive! Incredibly happy you're here!
